Multi-Room/Open Concept (up to 550 sqft)

Do you need to convey a basic design and layout to help you visualize a project?
I will provide renderings using similar styled products and architectural features to give a visual representation of your design idea. Each furniture item will be modeled to scale, with the requested fabric textures, colors, art, and decor, but may not look exactly like the final item.
This is perfect for displaying a concept with architectural features and space planning

Deliverables will include:
- 1 Plan View - Photo-Realistic, High Res (4K) ,3D Renders
- 4-6 Perspective - Photo-Realistic, High Res (4K) ,3D Renders
- Company branding with logo and web address if needed

Please Note: This is intendedd for spaces up to 550 sqft. If you purchase a package intended for a smaller, less detailed space but send over documentation for a larger, more detailed space, you will be billed for the additional time it will take to complete the rendering. An example of this would be purchasing a rendering for a POWDER ROOM but sending over information for a FULL BATH - these are not the same.
